Who I am

This website is run by Prime Staffing Solutions (“I”, “me”). I'm responsible for any personal information you share with me.

What this site collects

This site has no forms and no tracking or advertising cookies. It doesn't collect your personal information. Like most websites, the hosting provider (Netlify) may keep basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

When you contact me

If you call, text, email or message me on LinkedIn, I'll keep the details you share, such as your name, contact details, job, experience, location and anything you tell me about the work you want or the people you're hiring. If you're an engineer and later choose to send me a CV, the same applies to that.

How I use it

• To talk to you about roles, candidates or recruitment needs.
• To match engineers with suitable roles.
• To keep in touch about relevant opportunities, which you can ask me to stop at any time.

I do this because it's in our legitimate interests when you've got in touch about recruitment, or to take steps you've asked for. I never send your details to an employer without your agreement first, and I don't sell your information.

Where it's kept and for how long

Your details are kept in my email and a secure recruitment database (CRM). I keep them while they're useful for finding you work or people, and review and delete records I no longer need. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to me using it. Just email me. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
